Skincare
Welcome to SKINCARE, a blog that will allow you to know tips and beauty care for your skin, but you have to ask yourself: What is Skincare? What is it for? What care should I apply for my skin type? all this and more will be answered here.
What is skincare?
Skincare is the routine and the treatments that are done for the care of the skin, these allow to improve its appearance through cleaning, hydration and protection of the face. Skincare will help your skin look more youthful, flexible and glowing, as well as reducing the chances of unwanted pimples or acne appearing.

Having a skin care routine seems like a very difficult task, there is talk of many steps to follow, of a to apply them and expensive products that can make you want to speak another language, but this does not have to be so complicated, because the health of the face is very important to have radiant and beautiful skin. All girls should know what it is about to end the myth that only a few can do it, and thus create healthy lifestyle habits that make them feel and look more beautiful.

What do you need to know to make your skin care routine?
The most important thing to understand is that all girls have different skin types, so the same product will not work the same for everyone. Learn to identify what skin you have according to the following characteristics.
- Dry Skin: Your skin is somewhat dull, rough, and may have lines or marked facial expressions.
- Oily skin: Normally it is shiny and your pores are visible, it is very easy to get pimples on your face.
- Sensitive skin: If it is easily irritated and tends to turn reddish with anything, such as the weather or a product.
- Combination skin: If you feel you have a combination of the above, the T-zone is usually oily, which is the forehead, nose, cheekbones, and chin.
- Normal skin: Your skin is neither too oily nor too dry, and it feels smooth to the touch.

skin care routine
Now that you know your skin type, you should know what is part of a facial care routine. Although it is true that there are several steps to follow, when you understand the process it is easier to remember them.
1.-Facial cleanser: This is the most important step to start the routine, it does not matter if you have not put on your makeup or left home that day, there is always dust and polluting particles in the environment that adhere to your face and if you do not cleaned, you can expect spots and blemishes. This step is aimed at all types of face, it is necessary to look for a facial soap, that is, it is not the same soap that is intended for the body or hands. It is possible to get one that is made specifically for your skin type. Face cleaning should be done in the morning, when you are bathing, and at night, before going to sleep. In this way you will feel refreshed and ready to continue with the other steps of this routine.
2.-Tonic: The tonic, in addition to finishing cleaning the spots that the soap could not reach, is also perfect for balancing the pH of the skin that may have been affected by the previous step. This will help you prepare the skin for the following steps, because in this way the nutrients will have greater absorption and generally improve the appearance of the skin. Apply it all over your face, avoiding the eye area, and wait for it to dry before continuing with the next step.
3.-Serum: The Serum has a high concentration of ingredients that are aimed at a specific problem, for example, if you want to treat your spots, protect yourself from the sun's rays or control oiliness. It usually comes in small presentations, since the idea is to give a direct solution to what you want to improve. Look for what you need most and you will see how the health of your skin improves.
4.-Moisturizer: Regardless of the type of skin you have, you must hydrate your skin, even oily skin, you just have to look for a cream that suits your needs and helps balance its appearance. The moisturizing cream allows you to seal the previous steps and in turn stimulates the skin, helping to reduce the appearance of so many wrinkles or lines of expression over time.
5.-Sun protection: This is a fundamental step in skin care, every day you expose yourself to the harmful rays of the sun, regardless of whether it is cloudy or not. UVB and UVA rays cause premature aging, skin blemishes, dryness, and fine lines over time. Avoid them by using sunscreen every day, touching up every few hours, for added protection, this is the last step of the routine, before putting on makeup.
Although there are more steps to a skin care routine such as scrubs, masks and eye contour, these are the basic ones that you can do every day for easy and effective facial care.
